Comme vous avez pu le voir dans les deux derniers posts, ma copine Mari était de passage à Madrid, chez moi, du 3 au 14 janvier.
C’était génial de l’accueillir ici, de lui faire partager les endroits que j’arpente jour après jour;
les transports en commun, ma faculté, mes bars préférés, …
Et quel plaisir de regoûter après 3 mois à ses petits plats japonais exquis! Difficile de se remettre à la nourriture belgo-espagnole après ça!

J’avais un peu peur au début car j’avais beaucoup de boulot, mais finalement, j’ai quand même pu m’arranger pour travailler.
C’est que quand il y a une motivation, je peux me mettre à bosser immédiatement. Alors qu’un jour normal, il me faut une heure avant de commencer, sans compter les pauses pendant
Mais tout s’est très bien passé. Juste jeudi 11 janvier où j’ai du la laisser s’occuper toute la journée car j’avais des cours importants à l’université. Elle en a profité pour faire un peu de shopping

Elle m’a vraiment gâté pour mon anniversaire (le 12 janvier). Mais elle vous racontera elle-même cette journée (m’a-t-elle dit). Je peux juste vous dire qu’elle m’a offert un beau pull en laine et un beau porte-feuille, tous deux de Tokyo. La classe…

As you might have seen in the two last posts, my girlfriend Mari was in Madrid, in my home, from the third to the 14th of January.
It was really great to welcome her here. To share with here all these paths I take day after day;
the public transportation, my faculty, my favorite bars, …
And what a pleasure to enjoy, after 3 months, her so sweet Japanese food! Quite difficult to eat after that some belgo-spanish food!

Although I was a bit afraid at the beginning since I had a lot of work to do during her presence, everything turned to be ok.
I managed to find time to work. The thing is that when there is a source of motivation, I need one tenth the time I use to need to work!
So, everything was really ok. Solely Thursday 11th of January, I had to let her alone all day long since I had important courses at the university. She took advantage of this to make some shopping

It was really like a puff of fresh air to see her again and live with her here. I really thank her because I know that it is all but an easy thing to come from Tokyo to Madrid, and I know that she worked hard on weekends for her plane ticket.
I’m really a lucky guy.
